The starting point is to select the participants carefully. The ideal group size is 10-15 agents. Those who are selected should be fully committed to moving to the next level --- MDRT®.

Study Group Leader: Garry Kinder, or Bill Moore

Meeting Design: There are 3 one-day meetings held, approximately 90 days apart. more info

Program Materials: Participants are provided an attractive notebook with about 50 support pages per meeting. Also, at each session, Agents receive a selected sales book for their library.

Customized: Selling tools and sales language, where used, is always personalized to the client company.

Sales Managers : Very desirable to have two or more with each group.

Budget Implications: $15,000. more info

Calendar Schedule: Our best results come from groups that are started in November, December and January. This assures a fast, solid start.

Meeting Coordinator: Each meeting will need a person to handle meeting details, i.e. - meeting room, equipment.
